　　路基的施工质量，是整个路线工程的关键，也是路基路面工程能否经受住时间、车辆运行荷载、雨季冬季的考验。要做好路基工程，必须扎扎实实地进行路基的填筑，尤其对原地面的处理和坡面基地的处理。　　路堤填料一般应采用砂砾及塑性指数和含水量符合规范的土，不使用淤泥、沼泽土、冻土、有机土、含草皮土、生活垃圾及含腐殖质的土。对于液限大于50，塑性指数大于26 的土，一般不宜作为路基填土，但在安蔺段，由于费用和当地土质的原因，受工程作业现场条件限制，必须使用。　　The roadbed construction quality, the whole line is the key, but also the road embankment project can be withstood time, vehicle running load, the test of the winter rainy season.
